This was a website designed and coded for a friend of mine. He wanted a website which could house flash games where people could enjoy and play them. This design was done shortly after I had done madcow v.3. Although the name "Neo Duck" may seem odd, it was a result on a AIM conversation. Neo Duck was chosen because his original name was already taken and he wanted me to generate some random names that had to do with "duck".
